It’s official, they’re getting the band back together

When I saw that this week’s episode was about ghost you could only see when you were drunk, I wasn’t too impressed. The folks at Supernatural have had a good run of episodes lately and I thought it was going to end with this episode.

I was right and I was wrong. The episode itself was subpar, but the revolution at the end was enough get me excited about next week. Bobby Singer has been dead for a while now, but we had some clues that the hunter had stayed around as a ghost.

It was small. A drank beer here, a helpful fall of a book there, but nothing concrete…until now. At the end of the episode, we got to see that familiar face and popular catch phrase “idjits.” It’s going to be three weeks before a new episode, but it promises to be a good one when the Winchesters find out about Bobby.

So it looks like the writers are getting the band back together. We had Castiel lingering in a insane asylum and Bobby as a invisible ghost. My guess is that everyone and the Metallicar will be coming back for the final battle against the Leviathans and it’s going to be a good one. We just need to have them all meet up on a rooftop to perform some of their favorite tunes.

We’ve had Bobby, Cas, Meg, Garth and all we are missing is Crowley. The season had been pretty slow, but it looks things are going to start heating up.
